Character
Onitsuka Tiger One opens with a sharp press of peppermint and mandarin that feels cool against the skin. The citrus is bright and leafy rather than sugary. Sunlight hits a concrete path and the air carries that exact clean bite.
Davana and jasmine sambac push through the center with a soft floral weight. Incense curls around them and gives the flowers a gray, smoky edge. Rosemary adds a bitter green pinch that keeps the heart from turning lush.
Guaiac wood and leather anchor everything with a dry, resinous grip. Labdanum and amber warm the base until it feels slightly animalic. Patchouli and vetiver lend a damp earthiness that sits beneath the polished wood.
Mark Buxton built a dense composition that can feel crowded when the heat rises. So many notes compete at once that individual details sometimes blur together. Anyone who prefers a transparent, minimalist wear will find this blend overwhelming.
