Fleur De Marbre
Fragrance notes
Character
Orange blossom and bergamot lead the first breath, bright and sunlit against a thread of cypress that keeps the citrus from turning simple. Apple and orange add a juicy lift that feels made for a morning garden party where glasses clink and the air is warm. The opening is vivid and immediate, pulling attention without shouting across the space.
Tuberose and raspberry soon take over, supported by jasmine, ylang-ylang, and a powdery orris note that softens the edges. Vanilla and heliotrope lean sweet, while sandalwood and cedar give the heart a gentle wooden floor beneath the flowers. The composition stays near the skin, leaving a soft trail that lingers through a long afternoon without ever dominating the room.
Composed by Philippe Paparella-Paris, this 2018 release suits someone who enjoys a white floral that behaves with restraint. The raspberry and leather in the base create an interesting tension, but the sweetness can feel heavy for those who prefer airy compositions. The sheer number of notes also makes the direction feel slightly crowded, as if the formula hesitated to choose a single identity.
